I had the 'flu' back in late December and felt like shite for almost 3 weeks, but never missed a day of work. Chugged the hell outta gingerale, ate soup with chili powder and garlic, ate a ton of jalapeรฑos too. Put peppermint oil in tha diffuser too and ate peppermints to keep my throat soothed. All seemed to help, never got so bad I couldn't keep going. Oh and sleep and rested a lot on my days, time off work.

Get any kind of expectorant. I used the cheap over the counter severe cold/flu to help keep things moving. Mucinex works great but is pricey. And drink the hell outta gingerale and water. If no gingerale, just chug water, make a lot of soup for liquid intake too.

By make soup, I mean just throw some noodles or veggies/canned veggies in tha water, or any canned or pkg soup and add a bunch of garlic, onion, chili powder. No need to be skilled or spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

I roll my own ciggys which tend to have a lot less chemicals than the store boxed ones. This tobacco seems to creates a slight expectorant affect, which is why I used to tell people I'd out live them because of chemtrails and tha fact that my mucous removal routine by smoking my somewhat clean medicinal tobacco, removed the chemtrail yuck from my lungs each day.
