China took steel waste from other countries, and remanufactured it into steel products, selling them back to us. Procedures to certify the steel (ASTM testing standards etc.) were falsified. Defective structural steel has been used worldwide IMO.

Steel that has been contaminated by being used in a nuclear situation contains unstable isotopes that can spontaneously change into different atoms upon emitting radiation.

Who knows what occurred at the WTC, what kind of advanced weaponry could have been used there, and that steel was all shipped to China for "recycling", wasn't it?

Anyway not to speak directly to your question, but yes any steel fabricated in China is suspect.

Also recall this?

It wasn't just China!
