Local grown honey should not be wasted in anything hot. The heat kills everything that is good and special about it

It is raw so eat it raw

Don't kill it.

Do your research

Take a spoonful everyday to get your immunities up against seasonal allergies

Ferment stuff with it

I do garlic mostly (yummy as well sprinkled on cheese or salads) I also do a fermentation of garlic, hot peppers, ginger, tumeric as an overall wellness thing. Honey, especially local raw honey is gold. Don't waste it, Don't kill it!!

ingesting oil of oregano to get the phlegm out. water with lots of lemon juice squeezed in.

eating raw garlic or garlic fermented with raw honey. at the first sign of illness, my daughter will eat a couple of cloves of garlic. i chop it up and put it on buttered toast. mixing a tsp of baking soda with a glass of water every few hrs the first day and then slowly taking less and less each day for a wk will make your body alkaline (same with lemon juice). a tsp of apple cider vinegar each day. there's lots of remedies out there our forefathers have tested and figured out to use before resorting to antibiotics

no i don't but will look into it. thx. i am interested in this stuff so it's all things i have read on the internet…..and one of my friends is a beekeeper. she introduced me to apitherapy. it's a wonderful alternative to steroidal meds for pain. lots of people who have ms, arthritis, sore joints, sprains etc swear by it. another friend of mine confirmed it for me by telling me her grandmother back in the old country was always trying to catch bees to have them sting her knees. lolz
