And if you buy bulk when sales are happening you save tons by never paying a premium and never go without because you have stock to make until the next sale.
But as a note: Toilet paper is overrated as a critical item, you can use a hand toilet sprayer or a shower if things really get "out of hand"…
More important is food - by far.
