Time Change at 2 am EDT?

Posted in pb… Anon thought it odd that the twat specified 2 am EDT for the time change… doesn't the change occur at 2 am in each respective time zone?

Also… this is the only day of the year there is no 2 am EDT. 1:59 am is in standard time and instead of turning 2:00, the clock skips to 3:00 am and becomes daylight savings time.
