public rollout of molecular dissociation tech would finally put an end to all the recycling nonsense.

What point is there is separating paper, plastic, glass and metal when you can throw it all into the big MD reactor, vaporize it, and use the energy it creates (as a byproduct) to power 20% of your city?

City mayors would love it. Landfills are a huge headache for them.

My understanding is that 'what took the towers down' was a combination of four or five different technologies, some mundane (thermite explosives, standard demolition stuff) and some exotic/classified (like the shot from near-Earth orbit that initiated the collapse).

A cooky physics prof I had in college (and closet Trump supporter who lived in fear of his socialist colleagues) said that the thing they fired from space had the effect of changing the Planck values within the limited area of the towers. He believed the Planck values are not really "constants" the way it is said in the textbooks.

When the Planck values are momentarily distorted, suddenly the electrons/protons/neutrons stop working together the way they should. At least that is the simple language he used to describe it to me.

When Biden says "our planet may never recover", why do I get the creepy sense he's not referring to Earth when he says "our planet"?

Exactly which (exo)planet does Biden/Bidan represent?
