This anon has been thinking all along that Biden doesn't want to be elected and that he is only in the race as a legal defense/delay strategy. Also believe this is true for many other dims in this and other races.
Had to speak up. This anon believes that under Texas law that would be true only if it happened at night. Last I heard anyway. There was a case where a car owner shot and killed a repo guy at night. Daylight hours would be a completely different situation. Someone please correct/add to what I'm saying if I've got it wrong.
