REFORGER is the name of an annual exercise involving movement of forces from the US to Germany every year during much of the latter part of the Cold War. The US used to send troops on short notice back to Germany every year, just to stay in practice in case the Russkies and their Warsaw Pact bros decided to frog out and pull a Blitzkrieg-ski.
It stands for REturn of FORces to GERmany.
Basically the same kinda shit we're getting ready to do this year. So, let's call it what it is - REFORGER.
