That religious freedom thing may come back to bite the Bremerton, WA school district.

The EO or WH statement basically said that any organization that receives federal funding has to provide a signed declaration (prove) that they protect First Amendment Rights. It was particularly targeted at schools and the rights of students and teachers to pray and express their religious views during non-instructional periods.
