the blue dot on Coopers head was an homage
to the masons gag in the NEWSWEEK issue right after JFKs murder where they placed a blue dot (a blue chip, as in blue chip company, in this case a CT insurance business) on a male photo model in the exact spot where one of the rounds hit.
anyway the whole issue is a mock. disgusting but I doubt anyone in the CIA ever saw this meme and if they did they wouldnt get it so that was a waste of time lol
