Not sure what you're trying to screencap, but…
ALT-PRINTSCREEN captures the current window onto the clipboard which you can paste (CTRL-V) right into the 8kun reply box. Or just PRINTSCREEN for the whole screen. You can also paste either into paint and crop as necessary then select all (CTRL-A) and copy that (CTRL-C)
