Nonsense. Cutting bureaucracy is the way to go. This BS agency was created by Obama as he tried to catch up to the Swine Flu in 2009 (which the media gave him a total pass on). This was nothing more than optics implemented belatedly, to show he was doing "something". The department never actually dealt with a single pandemic. Bolton/Trump were right to cut it, it would actually slow the federal response.
