The Fed is at ZERO interest and banks are at ZERO reserve threshold right now. If Trump gives a way a trillion dollars at zero interest he's substantially REDUCING the degree to which debt exceeds money in the world. Imagine rolling over all our federal debt at zero interest and then, say, seizing an asteroid full of precious metals. Hitler doesn't have shit on what we are about to accomplish once this bill passes.
