Ok, so I'll spliffball a little bit and say to 2013-2016, it's possuhbule. Coronavirus testing was being done in the US during all those years. Great, detailed article about Chinese testing done by leading virologist, and I know she worked in some US tests.

As to the 713 post, could it be possible that's the month/day Corona is finally deactivated in the US? This virus is has a very long persistence.
