Please consider that most of the anons are on VPN and TOR when assessing your Threat Matrix in going after certain anons for posting photos that appear to be public domain. Also, dependent on the venue, most judges will throw out the case because you will more than likely be unable to get the MAC addresses in time to update the defendant list.
