Has anyone looked for an overlay of new vaccine mandates and "coronavirus" outbreaks? My hypothesis: Democrat controlled areas, which are interested in maintaining contol of the " herd" love vaccine mandates AND like to use scare tacrics such as FF coronavirus outbreaks to compel cooperation with the vaccines.
