I know, boo hoo for this anon but something that people in the hallowed halls of power will never consider is that there are millions of us who owe the IRS and a repaying them monthly. I am one of them. I lost my sources of income in this thing and was hoping for some relief … by running this through the IRS people who owe won't see a cent. The will happily grab the entire amount.
