I haven't read NY's EO but NV's does not even include a Compassion Use clause or any duration. It does not say if the FDA approves it the ban will be lifted. He said he conferred with NV pharmacist's but there's only one signature besides the governor's on the EO. Also, NV just approved mail in ballots for the primary…and I wonder why we're still a blue state…
