If I read this correctly, we are likely under a state of military justice during a time of National Emergency. This was last used to round up traitors during the Civil War.

It would seem certain events may have brought about Option Z. I suspected this might happen if weapons of mass destruction were used against the populace or military by the cabal.

Does anyone read this differently? The tribunals would be here. No need for GITMO at all. Arrest, trial, execution…with military efficiency.
