At the point one major element of the government is suspending large parts of the constitution and another branches subordinates to take potentially lethal action (albeit reasonable and justified)… I'd say it has a Z-ish look to it.
I spent a lifetime in the bringing of justice business to misbehaving citizens and am still in awe of it to this day.
