I know that I have never heard this theory before about the word PAIN.

If the second meaning is to be taken seriously, Q then would be trying to tell us that this COVID-19 is not over yet…and there may be another secondary WORSE scenario for people that have contracted the disease.

Not only would patients now have to battle recovering from flu-like symptoms (and in some cases pneumonia—which is also interdasting if Q is playing on advanced Autism here and is actually poiningt Anons towards Neumonia instead of using the p in the beginning of the word: since it is indeed silent anyway—makes me think of SILENT WAR.); but there may be near future complications from the virus that it may cause interstitial nephritis in the kidneys leading to another pandemic of patients/victims acquiring kidney failure and basically becoming lethargic, falling asleep, and dying.
