The Constitution gives the Federal Gov the right and duty to COIN money. To restore the Republic, coins must come back as our legal tender. There is about $150 worth of coins per person in circulation right now. The only way they could become our only currency is by taking two zeros off everything. This is called redenomination.
I have used them. Dollars pieces as well. If redenomination would apply to paper only, then the coins would be worth +00. So a 50 cent would buy the equilent of 50 bucks. How many coins would you need in your pocket then?
In order to restore the Republic, coins must be used. Take two zeros off of paper money and all goods. A person could carry a pocket full of coins for a week worths and have left over. All of the business would get a boost as would people who keep jars of coins.
It has been done many times.
We are under multiple jurisdictions and the courts mix and match. It's confusing.
