Former hospice nurse here and spouse is Army. We watched it and both said we'd never seen corpses handled that way. Spouse was NG in the Katrina clean up. Said bodies were always handled with dignity and as discreetly as possible (back entrances, away from public, using body bags, etc.) I've assisted many mortuaries in handling corpses and never would I even allow a body to be handled like that. As for the bed, those things cost 1000's of dollars, I've never seen one go with the body to the morgue.
