Just tossing ideas around/together.

The Mercy and Comfort boats,

the various field hospitals,

National Guard, etc.

Going with the idea that these are preparation for an operation to rescue trafficking victims, etc.

Do we have means by which to monitor what's coming and going on to the boats (watch the water), or in and out of the field hospitals (sea to shining sea)?

Just thoughts.
