1) We KNOW the drug is safe - they gave it to 1000s of us, prior to reaching certain ports. This does not include our wonderful ground pounders throughout the past 70+years.

2) Without ANY foreknowledge of the drug, it has exactly a 50% chance of working - it does or it doesn't.
If it is safe (it is) and it has at least a 50% chance of working, AND you have it on your ship - WHY THE FUCK haven't you given it to the crews?
If YOU are a commanding officer of our great military personnel AND YOU have not started to provide this drugs to YOUR troops - YOU are delinquent in YOUR duties - Sir.
