Perhaps the resident considers themselves a craftsey type, who wants to display their talents to the world. Animal themes, a goose and a dolphin might be clues.

by the metal chairs and the checkered tablecloth, it looks like a restaurant, and with the window decor like a pizza place. Perhaps there were bystanders they didn't want to show in the photo.
