That's fucked up. Couple of faggots who shouldn't have been cops or in any position of authority. But that's what you get when you have a shitty assessment/selection process, shitty training, shitty coworkers, and shitty leadership. No accountability. The only way it stops is if taxpayers stop footing the bill for the lawsuits, and instead departments pensions are pooled together and the payouts come from that. You'd see officers really take notice of what kind of person their department hires, their training, and actions then. But know, they are agents of the state/state workers/welfare queens who care about their pensions/gibs.
