A doctor, escorted by police officers, may be knocking on doors all around Munich, Germany starting on Sunday, supposedly collecting blood samples for covid research. Even though it should be voluntary to participate, the presence of police will convince some people to comply. This comes even though Bavaria has been partial shut down and people are encouraged to stay at home and stay away from each other. Go figure.

Overall I'd say this is a person of small statue. Skin looks saggy from probably starvation or dehydration, plus bloating from infection around the ear.
