It is a spiritual battle, and the higher dimension is built on hierarchy. As the shadow of that reality, the physical world also contains hierarchies. We seek the destruction of the dark power pyramid. As beings with free will, we choose thoughts/actions which ultimately determine our relative position in the "good" hierarchy which we fight to see supreme on the planet. Hierarchy will always be with us, as Christ said there would always be poor among us.
