The graph uses the CDC pnuemonia and influenza (P&I) Mortality data on the excel spreadsheet. Using the link downloads the spreadsheet.

On the CDC Weekly Influenza webpage,

near the bottom is the section titled "Pneumonia and Influenza (P&I) Mortality Surveillance."

Under the graph is "View Chart Data."

This link is the same spreadsheet as the NCHSData12.cvs noted above and on the OP pic.

 

The spreadsheet data can be charted to produce the graph shown. As other Anons noted, did not find the specific graph on CDC but does use the CDC data.

 

This spreadsheet data is the data used in >>8686061 to show the weekly mortality drop between '18, '19 and '20.
