In WA state
Large groups of kids [pre teen and teens] playing pick up basketball and football in the street right in front of my house. 8-10 hours a day, everyday, for weeks since the 1st stay home order by Inslee.
Parents are not keeping their kids at home, at least in my neighborhood.
It is business and workers that are being hurt in the state of WA.
Most stores near me except the 'essential business' are all closed.
It's a free for all in my neighborhood otherwise.
The stores I have been in since the shut down are being very responsible.
Parents not so much.
