Alright. I looked past the obvious errors in your description and bothered to watch the video.
He says it doesn't look like pneumonia, not that it doesn't look viral. He never questions that it's caused by a virus. This is reasonable. Pneumonia is when fluid and other junk fills the little sacks in the lungs. This can be cause by bacteria growing in there or by viruses rupturing cells and the white blood cells coming to fight them. What he's saying is that the overall function of the lung, that ability to exchange CO2 for O2, is compromised without the fluid effects and that treating it as pneumonia (fluid filled sacks) is doing more harm than good.
