I'm not seeing what illegal action is being suggested. I read the article and AOC is saying that parents should file their taxes to exclude kids that are over 16 and let them file separate so that they can get a check. How is that illegal? Only thing is that Congress wrote the bill and she implies that its POTUS's intentional omission. As much as you may hate AOC, she's only responding to concerns to her constituents in this case, not any justifiable reason to have her shot in the head. Maybe I'm wrong and missing something.

Moreover, as anons, why aren't we concerned that college age dependents who are US citizens don't count for either $500 or $1200?
