This one was a message to anon(s). It was pointed to by spoopy anon who kept posting hints last night until this anon finally caved and went back to study breads #11099 and #11100 as instructed, scanned all the images, and found a series of images that had to have originated from the WH and likely from Q team. Anon was digging on it for about 3-4 hours.
I'll post the original image and the altered POTUS schedule one that I analyzed and found this mysterious writing on.
