Notable.
I've never heard of this one. It's anti parasite, like hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine.

Ivermectin was discovered in 1975 and came into medical use in 1981.[7][8] It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the safest and most effective medicines needed in a health system.[9] The wholesale cost in the developing world for the tablets is about US$0.12 for a course of treatment.[10] In the United States, the costs is less than US$50.[11][12] In other animals it is used to prevent and treat heartworm among other diseases.[3]
A couple days ago, we were looking at toxoplasma gondii (cat lady disease) and hydroxychloroquine. We saw that the Q drugs did treat cat lady disease.

In Vitro Effects of Ivermectin and Sulphadiazine on Toxoplasma gondii
These results indicate that ivermectin significantly inhibited replication of the tachyzoites of T. gondii RH strain.

The broad spectrum antiviral ivermectin targets the host nuclear transport importin α/β1 heterodimer.
"Finally, we show for the first time that ivermectin can limit infection by the DENV-related West Nile virus at low (μM) concentrations. Since it is FDA approved for parasitic indications, ivermectin merits closer consideration as a broad spectrum antiviral of interest."

Ivermectin is a potent inhibitor of flavivirus replication specifically targeting NS3 helicase activity: new prospects for an old drug
Conclusions
The well-tolerated drug ivermectin may hold great potential for treatment of YFV infections. Furthermore, structure-based optimization may result in analogues exerting potent activity against flaviviruses other than YFV.

Identification of antiviral drug candidates against SARS-CoV-2 from FDA-approved drugs
We found a total of 24 drugs which exhibited antiviral efficacy (0.1 μM < IC50 < 10 μM) against SARS-CoV-2. In particular, two FDA-approved drugs - niclosamide and ciclesonide – were notable in some respects.
(((They))) want VACCINES. (((They))) don't want cures.
This one link - this came out about a week ago - shows a whole bunch of different things that kill C19
Look at the graphs. So many different drugs get up to 100% prevent pretty quickly. Chloroquine is there, but there are so many others.
I never want to hear in the future that there are no cures, when what the FDA really means is that no one spend a fuckton of money in order to do human trials on a NEW virus that is quite similar to an OLD virus.

I think what baker should do, in terms of the notables on this one - would be about Ivermectin - and a bunch of the posts.
