I don't think he is The anti-christ, but definitely isn't a christian or someone who serves God. That should be obvious at this point.
The normally refers to multiple "anti-christs", someones against God. If you are against God, you are basically for Satan, some very clearly are.
There are other notable figures in revelation though like the Beast, of which the Mark of Beast is from.
1 John 2:22
Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.

and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world.

I do think there will be false messiahs and those that claim divine power that will sway people.
I think "mystery babylon" is much clearer.
Interesting how maritime law of the sea plays into this.
One thing to keep in mind. Satan is a thief and a liar. He wants to be like God, the things that God has, Satan wants them. A fake messiah and apostles to worship him.
Also those who operate in his kingdom (of darkness), he was some power and authority over.
But Jesus has all power and authority in His name. Flee the devil and seek the power and protection of God. God will be glorified, that is clear in revelation. He will be shown to be God and will enact justice.
