You seem to not understand the psychology that POTUS is using. He is where he is because he's very intelligent, and has learned how to work with all sorts of people, making deals and settling differences. He has a lot more information than you do, and makes decisions accordingly, while having many plates spinning simultaneously. POTUS is using not only basic psychology but other high level skills and what he has accomplished thus far is amazing.

It's hard to be patient and calm when you don't see the actions that you want to see occur, but this is WAR and it's a bumpy ride.

That was the point of my query. The statement was very simplistic, and as you said, there is a wide range. I was asking for more information because "less radio waves" didn't make a lot of sense, so explanation and quantification is necessary.
