Fed modifying asset cap so Wells Fargo can make more small business loans

The U.S. Federal Reserve said on Wednesday it would “temporarily and narrowly” modify the growth restriction on Wells Fargo & Co’s (WFC.N) asset cap so the bank can make more loans under government assistance programs for small businesses hurt by the coronavirus disruption. Wells Fargo, a major small business lender, said on Sunday it had hit a $10 billion cap on loan applications it is able to accept under a $350 billion small business payroll protection program passed by Congress last month due to constraints imposed by the asset cap.

The change will allow the bank to make additional loans under that program and the Fed’s forthcoming Main Street Lending Program, and will be in place as long as those facilities are active, the central bank said.

Loans made under those programs will not count toward the $1.95 trillion asset cap the Fed imposed on the bank in February 2018. At the time, the Fed said it would only remove the cap when Wells Fargo had improved its governance and risk controls following a wave of sales practice scandals.

Wells Fargo executives had told investors the asset cap was not affecting its operations, but the surge in loan demand fueled by the coronavirus pandemic has put pressure on the bank’s balance sheet.

The bank has been urging the Fed to lift the asset cap so it can unleash its full lending capacity to support struggling businesses and consumers, but regulators were initially cold on the idea.

good afternoon!

yesterday morning I was awoken at around, maybe 3 am when my phone came on by itself and a video started playing of a LIVE broadcast with a chat room.

I woke up..looked around.. I picked up my phone and the chat was just scrolling, Ok?

I was kinda stunned so I just started reading thru it trying to figure out WTAF was going on.

And it was LOUD.

it was all about the universe and space and it was LIVE.

the channel is called "Touch Your Heart".

There are about 6 different vids all running LIVE chats under different vids on it.

I clicked around thru them and some were people..1 was almost straight bots talking and then the other 1 was a meditation. the very bottom one that I had to scroll to was a High vibrational frequency to meditate to.

I'm not gonna lie, it got me into it and I started to dig the little meditation. Then I started to pray to God and I tried to make sense of why this thing just woke me up like it did.

so here is the thing..

The rooms were weird..1 was like sexymom and guys were hitting on her, it was so Ridiculous and it was over the top obvious that there was more to this. WHY WHY would all these people be in the room on vids about the universe and yet have sexymom trying to pick a dude up in there.

the next room was people talking about trans and accepting them and if they were in to them, etc. Again.. WHY on a live chat about the dark matter in space, right?

The next was just the bots… total bots repeating every word I

asked.

I went to a different room and lo and behold.. REAL people. so I start asking them, hey, HOW did ya'll end up here? person after person all said they woke to it, had no idea, etc.

kinda freaked me out. The people that were acting freaked out, I sat back for 5 minutes and they started acting like the other people. WTH?? BOTS too?

well, it has not turned off. it is still live right now. I did not subscribe but I am checking it out.

so in the last room was people from ALL OVER. Weird names mixed with american names. ages were asked we were all ages.. We had all been praying or meditating for the virus to go away!

So basically, take the scary death-tolls from Italy and multiply by 12% to get the real figure, which right now is over 1000 people total. Today the Italian fake news is screaming that we all need to be vaccinated before they can lift the lockdown. But hey, there’s no agenda here…
