I don't trust that chart. I've seen it referenced a number of times but without source other than itself as a standalone. The links embedded in the image are NOT good sauce. Neither of them reference this chart or contain any statistics that back this up.
I don't doubt that trafficking arrests are up under Trump but this chart is not reliable evidence of that. They are counting on nobody typing that URL out from the image.
