Studies were done decades ago that FEAR is one of the biggest Immune System suppressors (MSM Narrative). There are pathogens in our body all the time. If (((you))) compromise your immune system, than these pathogens can create noticeable problems.

 

Covid-19 is a Viral-Pneumonia.

 

The best way to reduce symptom severity is to avoid sugar, carbs and dairy, all of which congests the Liver.

  2. >(most) Viruses are processed to and through the Liver.

 

So If the Liver is congested, the virus is going to backup into the lungs causing the shortness of breath and ultimately congest the Lungs, also forcing your body to work MUCH harder to fight and process all-the-above just to survive, hence the weakness and low-energy.
