Looked the CDC pneumonia and influenza mortality data spreadsheet. Due to delays in states reporting, the prior weeks numbers may change. On the Week 14 data, the number of recorder pneumonia/influenza deaths for the first 4 weeks actually dropped. Guess those patients recovered from dieing.
