Is it just a coincidence that I searched for a location:

…and pic related comes up with Ray Chandler Station Garage, next to a train station littered in shipping containers and on the other side a family pub restaurant - The Buccaneer Harvester - that typically hosts children of all ages?!
Oh, and there's a Q Garages not that far away.
N.B. This is not a location that appears to suffer financially.
I wouldn't say they're the most well off, but nowhere near broke.
It kinda felt like that, too.
Many locations I've looked at lately have an odd familiarity to them even though a) I'm nowhere near 'em and b) I've never been there.
