Incorrect, if you click on USA on the JH website it totals up the country deaths. You can test that yourself if you go to the website. Total worldwide corona deaths is currently 118,304. USA has 22k deaths according to JH.
Funny how none of the numbers line up with each other on any site.
Their Covid page is pretty close to JH website, but slightly less deaths right now. Could be due to lag in data input. Still, the CDC website is the largest discrepancy, and if anyone those guys should know what is going on.
