The IRS is also stalling on processing taxes, which many need in order to open the DD so those stimulus payments know where to go. It's all kinds of wonky. Now add in the fuckery of Unemployment and it was a perfect storm all it's own. Not sure if the DS is doing this, or if it's truly just overloaded, but most of the people working in these sectors have their own agendas, and they aren't aligned with helping others, just power tripping ego-maniacal bully's.
