Could CHQ stand for Chonngqing instead od Chloroquine?
Q could have dropped the original anon post that surmised that CHQ stood for Chloroquine.

Is it possible that Q is pointing at CHQ but maybe not at Chloroquine?
Doing a little research, it seems that the Chinese city of Chongqing is often abbreviated to CHQ.
Chonqing has come up in a number of previous crumbs. (pic related)
