Consider this fact however.
Those teenage girls that you kidnap will send texts and use any one of several dozen apps to send a message. That will leave traces on their phones even if they can't transmit. And those phones will be sending location signals up to the point that you drag the girls in your room.
Then there is the fact that a text message requires very, very low bandwidth and can be sent with a very bad connection. There are ways that people trapped in your room can enhance their signal to get it through your shields
Also, the NSA has a record of your message. When young girls in your area start disappearing they will track your phone's location and if you were near those girls, one anonymous call to the police will get them sniffing at your door. You have already virtually confessed to your crime
