Anyone notice this sign at the Columbus Ohio protest?

Is it just me, or do these protests seem artificial? Like what if a "q manic' shows up to one of these and shoots people?

I have no idea how these are being organized and why were are not hearing about it? Like i feel like anons would help spread the word (or at least bring to light the ads) if legitimate protests were being organized.
