Rev.18:4 et al is a warning to spiritually exit Babylon. It is a command not to "partake" of her sins. This is volitional on the part of God's people to avoid receiving of her plagues. Of course, Rev.18:23 could reference the rapture, ie "bridegroom", "bride"…so…
