This is a widely diverse crowd, so I have a question best answered here, I'm sure.

Have been archiving threads since before Q and have recently lost my preferred youtube download software and it needs replaced.

What is the best software to replace it with?

Not really after any listing of what will do what, but rather what do YOU use to download a youtube video?

I figure I could this answered here a hell of a lot faster than researching it myself at this point,

since my time is better spent digging current happenings and not reinventing that wheel so to speak.
