Would you trust Trump and Q to rewrite the US Constituion; to fortify it against future threats?

It was written in 1787. Will it protect us from future threats, like government abuse of AI and surveillance? Forced vaccines? DNA databases and DNA manipulation? Other shit I can't even imagine.
